Nowadays, Remuh Synagogue\u00a0is a center of Jewish religious life in Krakow.\u00a0This unusual place was visited by Pope John Paul II, President of Israel, Chaim Herzog and Prince Charles. Chairs \u2013 monuments on the square commemorate these horrible events. It was also the meeting place of the intellectual elite of the ghetto. \u00a0Today, there is located the branch of the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow.
